Plaintiff was approved for a trial modification, which, upon completion, Plaintiff was to receive a permanent modification. Plaintiff complied with and made the payments per the trial modification. Ocwen refused to give Plaintiff the permanent modification falsely claiming Plaintiff missed two (2) payments.
Ocwen refused to acknowledge the payments made by Plaintiff and Plaintiff had to file his lawsuit to enforce his rights.
