I was googling on my phone to find a lawyer in Sacramento to help with my case against Nissan Dealership. None of the lawyers didn't want to help. Then I decided to browse for Lawyers in Los Angeles. I inform them of my situation with my SUV. I did feel like the dealership had kind of taken advantage of me a little bit and I needed help. This law office took my information step by step they listen to me and we're very concerned about what I wanted as the outcome. The attorney Pauliana that I worked with said to me the important thing would be for me to be happy with the outcome not so much what they wanted but it was what I was looking forward to having. In July of 2023 a decision was reached that was pretty fair I was pleased with the amount of time it took to settle the case because it was very quick and the attorney made sure it was what I wanted she didn't want to settle unless I was happy with the outcome which I was. When I first called I wasn't sure if I wanted to go through the hassle because I didn't have a lot of time and I was so frustrated with the way the dealership had kept having me run around in circles (for months mind you) it seemed like everytime I tried to do something I reached a dead end. When I first called I spoke with Reyna and she gave me all the information I needed. The money I put upfront was worth it as when Pauliana took over my case along with assistance from Luis and Fanny they reached my desired outcome.
