Consumer Action Law Group is a growing plaintiff’s firm in Los Angeles dedicated to protecting consumer rights through effective legal representation. We’re seeking a talented and experienced attorney to join our dynamic team.
Position Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Associate Attorney with at least 5 years of civil litigation experience to handle client consultations, case evaluations, and litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for consumer advocacy.
Primary Responsibilities
- Consult with potential clients and evaluate the viability of their claims
- Develop high-quality legal work product, including pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Maintain effective communication with clients and opposing counsel
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and settlement conferences
- Prepare cases for trial and arbitration
- Negotiate settlements and resolve cases efficiently
- Manage caseload to ensure all matters progress appropriately
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree and active California State Bar membership
- Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience with client consultations and case evaluations
- Proven track record in civil litigation proceedings
- Ability to work independently while contributing to the team
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $120,000 per year

Location
Hybrid remote position based in Los Angeles, CA 90065
Candidates must be able to commute to or relocate to Los Angeles prior to employment.
