On November 1, 2021, Ms., Espinoza purchased a 2018 Infiniti 250 Red Spot 400 from O Cars Group and was told it was a perfectly good and in-shape car. Unfortunately, right after the purchase, the engine began to make a knocking noise and the turbo began to make noise and the turbo began to malfunction and eventually stopped working.
When Ms. Espinoza took the car to the dealer for assistance, the dealer refused to repair the car without Mr. Espinoza paying for the repairs. This is obviously an unfair exchange as when the car was sold, no problems were presented and now only a small amount of time after purchase, the car is having issues. After this interaction, Ms. Espinoza revoked her ownership of the vehicle.
Looking for assistance, Ms. Espinoza called our offices to try and see if there was any chance of some relief. CALG and the client recovered over $50,000 including recovery of down and monthly payments, out-of-pocket expenses, payoff of the loan balance, and attorney fees, with deductions for miles driven to help heal the damages caused by the dealer during all of these interactions. By calling our offices she was able to hire a team who not only fought for her, but with her.
