Lemon Law
The Lemon Law protects consumers who have purchased a lemon car by requiring the manufacturer to provide remedies to the car buyer.
If you recently bought a car and had to take it in for repairs multiple times for the same issue, you may have purchased a lemon car. In California, a lemon car is basically a car that has repeated defects while still under the original manufacturer’s warranty.
You can pursue a lemon claim against the manufacturer if any of the following happened to you:
- Your vehicle has repeated issues that remain unfixed after 3 or more attempts
- The dealer refused to honor the warranty and fix the defect
- Your vehicle was at the repair shop for more than 30 days cumulatively
- The dealer told you that the warranty does not cover the car defect when it does
Give us a call and tell us what happened with your vehicle. We will then ask you to send us some documents related to your vehicle so our lemon law attorneys can determine the strength of your lemon law claim.
Our consultations and case evaluations are free, so don’t hesitate calling us to find out if you have a lemon law case.
