Consumer Action Law Group does not share, sell or rent information collected to any third parties and does not intend to do so in the future. If you request or submit information by filling out an online contact form, chatting with us online, or calling us, we may save your personal information in our Firm’s databases and records. This could include personally identifiable information and tracking data. Use of the personal information (including name, phone number email address, and any other pertinent information) we gather will only be used to provide services and support within the Firm.

As is consistent with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), Consumers Action Law Group does not knowingly request personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without first requesting parental consent.
