Plaintiffs submitted a modification package to be reviewed by the lender. The lender took so long to review Plaintiffs’ application that the added arrears to Plaintiffs’ loan balance made Plaintiff ineligible and the lender denied their modification request.

After filing their lawsuit for negligence and violations of SB 900 and Business and Professional Code section 17200, Nationstar has finally completed a timely modification review and offered Plaintiffs a Making Home Affordable Trial Modification Program.
